In its history
of more than two centuries, the Czech University of Agriculture (CUA) in Prague
has been a natural center of agricultural and forestry education in Bohemia.
Currantly, in harmony with world trends, CUA has expanded into the sphere of
ecology, environment, and, in particular, it has put more emphasis on the education
of economists for the agrarian sector, for the entire economy as well as for
international institutitions.The university is a temporary home for almost 11
000 students who, together with about 1 100 staff (academic staff, researchers,
technicians and administrative workers) form an academic forum where each has
his or her own role. The CUA is among the leading Czech universities and this
was confirmed not only by international evaluation but also by successful CUA

The Cserhati Secondary School has a history of 60 years. It
used to be an agricultural secondary school. In 1992 its syllabus was completed
with information technology and mechanics. In 2000 we had the honour to receive
a certificate of high-quality educational work from the Ministry of Agriculture
and Rural Development.
